Whta results are possible with rhinoplasty?

My nose changed a lot between like 14 and 15, basically doubled in size, altho apparently it sustained a bit of trauma through rugby. Anway, is it possible to get like a cm off the bottom of the nose as it is too prominent. Also, the bridge extends out too far. I realise that looks good for some people like Matt Le Blanc and Ashton Kutcher but it doesnt suit me. So I probably need it to be flatter
