Are uglier people – who’ve had surgey- now finding it easier to reproduce with more attractive mates?
If I have a big nose, and surgery smaller and more attractive, presumably I would still pass down the big nose gene? Or not?

on all the websites i have checked they sat the pain is ‘mild’….i am definitely not in mild pain! it hurts, and i want to know how long it will hurt for? Also, i have packing in my nose, but keep feeling like i am going to sneeze. i am really scared about what will happen if i do sneeze? i had the surgery yesterday afternoon. Thanks
i am at home now so the only pain relief i have access to is co-codamol. i dont think it works very well though
