How has human cosmetic surgery affected evolution and natural selection?

Are uglier people – who’ve had surgey- now finding it easier to reproduce with more attractive mates?

If I have a big nose, and surgery smaller and more attractive, presumably I would still pass down the big nose gene? Or not?
