Plastic surgery for nose…10 points for you!!?

Hi all.
I am thinking about going for a plastic surgery for my nose (rinoplastic??)…my nose is not extremely big, but I dont like its shape and I’d like to have a smaller nose….is there anyone who has had this surgery??? can you please tell me your experience? were u happy with the results??
Also, do you know a good place where I can have it done in London (UK)? I dont know any doctor so I am a bit confused…..
