Steps towards getting rhinoplasty?

I’m very interested in getting rhinoplasty, but I don’t know where to begin with it all. No-one I know has had plastic surgery so I can’t ask for recommendations from people I know.
What should I do?
Also, can anyone talk me through all the stages? Things I’d need to do, general costs, how much time would I need to take off work etc?
