I hate my big nose. Is there anyway of making it smaller without surgery.

My nose looks fine, but still big. But its even bigger when I smile. What can I do?

I mean like, using technology on a photo of you to show what your nose will look like on you if everything goes to plan.
I know it may not be exactly right but it will give you an idea and see if you like how it looks and also will ensure than you and the surgeon have the same idea in mind of the outcome?

well could i? if it gets broken will that give cause for surgery anyway? i want such a small change in my nose that it could get perceived as the alteration the brokeness bought upon it?
