My friend asked London Cosmetic Surgery this question and told me to put up here .Basically here nose has slight bone which is creating a slight bump type of shape (basically the type of thing some people are born with which stops your nose from being straight) .Thing is she doest want plastic surgery however is there another way to straighten hears nose i.e keep rubbin it so that cartilage just become straight Is there any other way?

If not than how much would the plastic surgery be plus what are the risks or statistic of them damaging her nose.Plus where the best place to have it e.g. name of business oh and country for example iran
thnx????

I am flying out to Iran next week hoping to have my nose done there. Got a few surgeons lined up and then if I feel comfortable i’m going ahead with it! Has anyone here been abroad for cosmetic surgery, especially rhinoplasty? If so how was it? What are the risks and things I need to know? I am staying with family there so I will be taken care of, etc… just scared as it is a foreign country. I live in the UK where it is too expensive. It costs half the price or even less in Iran and they perform thousands of rhinoplasty operations there each year so it is a good choice?

A crackdown on western influences in fashion may make you think Iran is an unlikely hotspot for cosmetic surgery. Record numbers of people are going under the knife in Tehran to get that perfect nose. Ali Reza Ronaghi reports.
