IM ALREADY 51 YRS OLD IM JUST OBSESS OF HAVING A BIG BOOBS I WANT IT BEFORE BUT I DONT HAVE MONEY SO I SAVE MONEY JUST FOR MY BOOBS WILL IT BE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE?

just had a breast augmentation procedure three weeks ago… i was really worried about going too large. i was a small 32A. i told the doctor i wanted to be a small C. he recomended that i go 350cc’s. i took a jump and went to 360cc’s under the muscle… now that its all over and done with, im absolutely DEPRESSED about my breast size. i asked the doctor to be a C and im barely a full B…. i feel really depressed about not going larger… by the looks of my size i think i should have gone as far as 420cc’s…. im so sad about the outcome that i feel like having another surgery to make them the size i wanted them to be…. right now i dont have the money to get them re-done so im feeling like i should drop 10 pounds… (im currently 120) ….. im thinking if i drop 10 pounds, then my breast will look alot more fuller and larger with a smaller frame…. i was just hoping if there were more options out there for me besides loosing weight or going to have another procedure done….

Im getting rhinoplasty tomorrow at 12pm and must fly to England in 6 days after the op the flight will only be 2 hours it will cost a hell of alotta money to change im ok with discomfort but is it safe?

I work in a GP surgery. Why, when people are spending thousands of GP£ to a private clinic on cosmetic surgery, does that clinic ask the GP’s surgery to arrange blood tests and ECG’s etc. (all NHS funded) AND then send them the results AND arrange for prescriptions after, surely this must come out of their budget, not the NHS. No wonder there is no money left for the most deserving, the NHS is funding the private health service indirectly.
Dreams, that’s as it SHOULD be, but very often it’s not.
They seem to try to screw every penny from the GP budget. They should not even be allowed to ask.
