I had surgery with him yesterday and the septum and tip look like jacko- really turned up. Because of this the gap between my nose and mouth is way too long. Is this normal immediately after surgery? I’m hoping the tip will drop a bit!

I am considering surgery as i have a deviated septum for as long as i can remember and have never really been happy with the physical appearance of my nose.
So basically, if i were to get surgery done then how should i go about it and is it really worth it?
Also what is the ideal age to get surgery done?

www.rhinoplastyspecialist.com Rhinoplasty Specialist Dr. Paul S. Nassif, of “Dr. 90210″ and Spalding Drive Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, performs a rhinoplasty procedure on a young female complaining of a “very wide” bridge and a deviated septum. Every year, half a million people who are interested in improving the appearance of their nose seek a consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon. Some are unhappy with the nose they were born with, and some with the way aging has changed their nose. For others, breathing may be a problem, or an injury may have distorted the nose. A slight alteration of the nose can greatly improve ones appearance. Rhinoplasty (reshaping the nose), could improve ones looks, self-confidence or health. As with all facial plastic surgery, good health and realistic expectations are prerequisites. http
